Do you have quantity discounts?
Yes, we offer wholesale and quantity discounts - normally for three or more pumps etc.
How long is the delivery time?
We process and pack orderers within 3 days and normally send products off within 4 to 5 days. So delivery time is normally around 6 to 14 days. If you have any special requirements please let us know and we will give you an exact (as possible) time for delivery. During times of a high volume of orders we just work a little harder (out side normal business hours) and still achieve the above. You should be happy with our service.

How long is the warranty period?
12months Domestic Warranty - 6 months commercial warranty. Some conditions apply - have a look at our warranty page - Click Here
Do you have extended warranty?
Yes - for an extra 13.5 % you get an extra 12 months for domestic warranty and 6 months for commercial warranty.
Do you have leasing arrangements?
Yes - we do have pump leasing, please call for further information.

We can supply almost any type of firefighting or transfer pump up to 6000 Litres per min
Do you have transfer quickfill pumps?
Yes we have a complete range of transfer pumps - some may require speical orders and as such ther may be a delay in delivery.
Are spare parts readily available?
Yes we stock a large range of spare part and the can be express posted anywere in Australia.
Do you guarantee my home will not burn down?
It would be dangerous to suggest that your home will not burn down in a bushfire, but saying that, if we do a complete risk assessment of your property and design a fire protection system - it would be unlikely, if you have done as we suggest, that your home would burn down. There are so many varibles and the biggest one is the human factor. So we cannot guarantee that your home will not burn down during a wildfire.
Do you travel to other Austalian states to carry out risk assessments etc?
Yes, we will travel to other states than Victoria, but airfares, car hire and accomodation must be covered by the client. Ask us for a quote we will include all costs.
